Pressure and temperature of the laminating rolls are critical to reliable adhesion. The molten material bonds with the substrate at the laminating rolls and cools down for shaping. Our machines are equipped with independently temperature-controlled silicone laminating rolls and mirror-finish cooling rolls. By precisely adjusting laminating pressure and roll temperature, the molten plastic fully wets the substrate surface, forming robust mechanical anchorage and intermolecular bonds. To match the surface properties of different substrates, laminating rolls of varying hardness and specialized surface treatment processes are available for further improved lamination performance.

Cooling and shaping safeguard long-term adhesion. The laminated material undergoes rapid cooling to stabilize the bonding interface.
